Account Technicians

ASAP/NetSource provides our technicians with training and certification on the latest computer equipment, LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network). ASAP/NetSource's highly trained and experienced staff includes MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), NCNE (Novell Certified Network Engineer) and Apple/Macintosh Certified Network Engineers to handle all your LAN/WAN needs.

Call Tracking

Each service call placed will include documentation through a control number. Once a service call is placed a service technician is automatically contacted. The technician is then responsible to call the customer to perform a simple phone diagnostic to ensure proper parts are taken and to inform the customer of estimated time of arrival. If the service call is not responded to within two hours, the computer automatically flags the dispatcher and the call is given to a manager. The manager is then accountable to ensure the call is completed. When the service call is completed, the computer will then measure the response time to ensure our timeliness.

Reports

ASAP/NetSource prides itself on our constant communication with our clients by generating monthly reports that are available upon request, consisting of system malfunctions, replacement of parts and response time.

Disaster Relief

ASAP/NetSource has designed assistance procedures to provide relief in the event of an emergency or disaster. Should an emergency occur, ASAP/NetSource would provide loaner equipment and technical support.
